在X射线探伤中,对小口径管焊缝透照时,均采用椭圆透照法。在此透照方法中目前又有角度法和偏心距两种方法:采用角度法透照,一般是根据实践经验,采用目测经过试照,对比其焊缝影象的开度,以此确定所用的角度是否合适,由于存在目测误差,很难保证影象开度的一致。而偏心距法照射直径小于32mm的管子时,由于偏心距离太大,会造成底片影象的不均匀。本人经过试验,把上述两种方法巧妙地结合,设计出一种透照定位指示器。定位指示器简图说明: 工件1与2在端部点焊为一体;其余的工件均借工件4的磁力吸附在一起。根据管径的不同,可以调
