目的探讨基础麻醉下小儿先天性心脏病患者进行心血管CT增强扫描的护理体会。方法针对324例小儿先天性心脏病患者在基础麻醉辅助下进行双源螺旋CT增强扫描，总结在扫描前，扫描中及扫描后的护理体会。结果317例护理顺利完成了扫描，并取得了良好的诊断效果。结论基础麻醉及护理在小儿心血管增强扫描中，起了重要作用，决定其是否能够得到满意的结果。“,”Objective To summarize the nursing care experience of cardiac examination with dual source CT under basal anesthesia for children with congenital heart disease. Methods 324 cases of pediatric patients with congenital heart disease were scanned under basal anesthesia by dual source spiral CT with contrast and the nursing experiences were summarized pre and post examination. Results 317 patients finished the examination and got satisfying diagnostic images. Conclusion Basal anesthesia and nursing care play an important role in achieving satisfying results for pediatric cardiovascular enhancement scanning.
