随着诊疗技术的发展,目前大部分简单先天性心脏病可进行介入治疗.超声心动图在先天性心脏病的诊断和介入治疗监测、评价中具有重要作用.超声心动图的专业特点决定了需要动态、多切面图像观察,常规理论教学和观摩教学比较抽象,很多学生实践中不能独立用超声切面显示先天性心脏病特殊的解剖结构,从而难以做出正确诊断,更难以在介入治疗中达到实时监测、引导术中操作的能力.在教学中将临床观摩、多媒体教学与实践操作、手法教学等方法相结合,同时注重因材施教、循序渐进,在先天性心脏病的诊断和介入治疗中期望达到较好的教学效果.
