目的规范基层手足口病预防措施的落实,提高手足口病防治效果,探索基层疾病预防控制经验,为手足口病防控策略的制定提供依据。方法对我市8个县市区12各乡镇(街办的)的22所幼儿园的幼儿教师和儿童及增长进行问卷调差。结果在消毒剂正确配置、隔离时间、隔离相关要求方面幼儿教师组和家长组间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),说明均需加强;在消毒剂使用浓度、使用范围及使用频次方面幼儿教师组和家长组之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),说明家长对相关消毒及预防隔离知识的掌握较为薄弱,尤须加强。
Objective To standardize the implementation of prevention measures for hand-foot-mouth disease, improve the prevention and control of hand-foot-mouth disease and explore the prevention and control of grass-roots disease so as to provide evidence for the prevention and control strategy of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Twenty-two kindergartens in eight counties, 12 towns and 12 towns (preschools) in kindergartens were surveyed and their growth was adjusted by questionnaire. Results There was no significant difference between the preschool teacher group and the parent group in terms of the correct disposition of disinfectants, isolation time, and isolation requirements (P> 0.05), indicating that they should all be strengthened. In terms of the concentration of disinfectant, the scope of application and frequency of use The difference between Kindergarten teachers and Parents groups was statistically significant (P <0.01), indicating that parents have a weaker grasp of relevant knowledge of disinfection and prevention and isolation, especially strengthening.
