随着美国金融风暴的蔓延,我国工程机械制造企业的库存问题得到了进一步显现,减少库存、降低库存成本已引起了各工程大机械制造企业的重视。文中较深入地分析了我国工程机械制造企业库存管理方面存在的主要问题,并在此基础上提出了从企业外部的供应链和企业内部的管理两方面入手解决库存问题的相关对策。
With the spread of the financial crisis in the United States, the inventories of China’s construction machinery manufacturing enterprises have been further revealed. The reduction of inventory and the reduction of inventory costs have attracted the attention of large machinery manufacturers in various projects. The paper analyzes the main problems in stock management of China’s construction machinery manufacturing enterprises in-depth, and on this basis puts forward some countermeasures to solve the stock problems from the external supply chain and the internal management of enterprises.
