Visual acuity evaluation of refractive media opacities is important. Can be roughly from the clinical examination, psychophysics, objective assessment of visual function and other aspects of evaluation. Focus on the laser retinal visual acuity, electrophysiological examination (especially ERG and VEP) and its application in different refractive media turbid patients. For clinicians to fully and accurately evaluate the visual function of refractive opacity ophthalmic eyes pointed out a more specific method.
