由于核能工程的特殊性,有必要结合实际工况条件建立高温高压水中不锈钢及其它耐蚀合金的应力腐蚀、缝隙腐蚀,晶间腐蚀、点腐蚀、均匀腐蚀等标准试验方法。研究表明:高温水中的应力腐蚀试验要保证水中有足够的氧及控制恰当的 Cl~-浓度,换水周期不宜过长。试样和连接架间要绝缘,要有较快的开温速度,同时还要有合理的试样加工和试样前处理方法以保证得到正确的试验结果。
Due to the particularity of nuclear energy engineering, it is necessary to establish the standard test methods of stress corrosion, crevice corrosion, intergranular corrosion, pitting corrosion and even corrosion in stainless steel and other corrosion resistant alloys in high temperature and pressure water combined with the actual working conditions. The results show that the stress corrosion test in high temperature water should ensure that there is enough oxygen in the water and control the proper Cl ~ - concentration, and the water exchange cycle should not be too long.
