目的:探讨木瓜发酵液的免疫调节作用。方法:昆明种小鼠腹腔注射环磷酰胺,建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,同时灌胃高、低剂量木瓜发酵液,分别观察其对小鼠血清溶血素、淋巴细胞转化功能及foxp3等基因表达的影响。结果:与模型组比较,木瓜发酵液高、低剂量均可显著提高小鼠血清溶血素含量、增强淋巴细胞转化功能及下调foxp3、TGF-β、PD1、Fas、Bax等基因的表达。结论:木瓜发酵液可显著改善环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫功能的抑制。
Objective: To investigate the immunoregulatory effect of papaya fermentation broth. METHODS: Kunming mice were injected intraperitoneally with cyclophosphamide to establish a mouse immunosuppressive model, and high- and low-dose papaya fermentation broths were intragastrically administered to observe the serum hemolysin, lymphocyte transformation function, and foxp3 gene expression. influences. Results: Compared with the model group, high and low doses of papaya fermentation broth can significantly increase serum hemolysin content, enhance lymphocyte transformation function, and down-regulate the expression of foxp3, TGF-β, PD1, Fas, Bax and other genes. Conclusion: The papaya fermentation broth can significantly improve the inhibition of immune function by cyclophosphamide.
