中共中央、国务院在《关于卫生改革与发展的决定》中明确指出：“高度重视卫生管理人才的培养，造就一批适应卫生事业发展的职业化管理队伍”。这是对我国卫生事业发展历史正反两方面经验与教训深刻总结的基础上提出的具有时代意义的卫生管理队伍建设的目标，是在我国卫生事业 The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council clearly stated in the “Decision on Health Reform and Development”: “We attach great importance to the cultivation of health management personnel and create a batch of professional management teams that are suitable for the development of the health industry.” This is the goal of building a health management team with era significance based on a profound summary of the positive and negative experiences and lessons of the development history of China’s health industry.
