N-ras基因是人体肝癌细胞的转化基因之一,在肝癌细胞中N-ras基因有过量表达。为了研究N-ras基因对人体肝癌细胞的生长调控作用,我们曾报道了含N-ras cDNA反意密码顺序的假型病毒的构建、组装和它对人肝癌细胞的生物学作用。体外试验表明此病毒对人肝癌细胞(PLC/PRF/5细胞)的生长有明显的抑制作用,并表现N-ras基因产
N-ras gene is one of the transforming genes of human hepatoma cells, and N-ras gene is over-expressed in hepatoma cells. In order to investigate the role of N-ras gene in regulating the growth of human hepatoma cells, we have reported the construction and assembly of a pseudotyped virus containing the anti-sense code sequence of N-ras cDNA and its biological effects on human hepatoma cells. In vitro tests show that the virus has a significant inhibitory effect on the growth of human hepatoma cells (PLC/PRF/5 cells) and expresses N-ras gene production.
