小学语文学业评价以等级制的推行对发展儿童的语文学习潜能,全面提升语文素养以及引领语文课程走向开放等三个领域里产生了积极的意义。等级评价之所以受到一些人的青睐,其主要原因之一在于评价者认为它具有模糊性,这种模糊性可以淡化百分制评价的强烈竞争性,从而淡化“应试教育”的倾向。但它的模糊性中存在本身的劣根性,因而,现行的小学语文学业评价需要期待新的破冰,在评价方式上可以尝试多元与灵活,在评价的内容上要加强人文性的份量,并且更需要关注对孩子“日常语文学习”进行即时性的评价。
The evaluation of primary school language learning in a hierarchical manner has a positive effect on the development of children’s language learning potential, the overall improvement of Chinese literacy and the opening up of the Chinese language curriculum.
