[目的]探讨高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)对进展期胰腺癌的综合治疗效果。[方法]91例进展期胰腺癌患者随机分成两组,一组以聚焦超声辅助减黄术综合治疗,另一组以常规综合治疗。观察近期疗效,随访治疗后1年患者的预后及并发症发生情况。[结果]HIFU治疗后患者的临床受益情况包括PS评分的改善、疼痛症状控制率等指标明显改善。HIFU组与对照组比较,两组间治疗后疼痛控制上HIFU组较好(P=0.043),两组间的1年生存率未见明显差异(P=0.073)。[结论]高强度聚焦超声治疗进展期胰腺癌,可在一定程度上减轻患者症状、改善患者生存质量,初步提示HIFU是较有希望的胰腺癌局部治疗手段。 [Objective] To investigate the comprehensive therapeutic effect of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) on advanced pancreatic cancer. [Method] Ninety-one patients with advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups: one was treated by focused ultrasound-assisted yellow reduction and the other was treated by conventional comprehensive therapy. To observe the short-term efficacy, follow-up treatment of patients with prognosis and complications of the situation. [Results] The clinical benefit of patients after HIFU treatment included the improvement of PS score and the improvement of pain symptom control rate. Compared with the control group, HIFU group had better postoperative pain control (P = 0.043), and there was no significant difference in one-year survival rate between the two groups (P = 0.073). [Conclusion] High-intensity focused ultrasound treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer can alleviate the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients to a certain extent, suggesting that HIFU is a more promising local treatment of pancreatic cancer.
