‘紫金红3号’是以‘W31’油桃为母本、‘紫金红1号’油桃为父本,通过人工杂交并采用胚拯救技术育成的早熟油桃新品种。该品种果实圆形,平均单果质量165 g,大果质量264 g。果皮底色黄色,果面80%以上着红色;果肉黄色;硬溶质,果肉软化速度慢,较耐贮藏;风味甜,可溶性固形物含量12.1%,可溶性糖含量8.84%,可滴定酸含量0.34%,品质优良。黏核,核椭圆形。南京地区3月中旬开花,6月中旬成熟,果实发育期79~87 d。自花结实,丰产性好。
’Zijinhong 3’ is a precocious nectarine variety bred by artificial hybridization and embryo rescue technology with ’W31’ nectarine as female parent and ’Zijinhong No.1’ as male parent. The variety of fruit round, the average single fruit mass 165 g, large fruit mass 264 g. Peel yellow, over 80% of the fruit surface red; flesh yellow; hard solute, softening slow, more resistant to storage; sweet flavor, soluble solids content of 12.1%, soluble sugar content of 8.84%, titratable acid content of 0.34% ,good quality. Sticky nuclear, nuclear oval. Nanjing mid-March flowering, mature in mid-June, fruit development period 79 ~ 87 d. Strong self-cultivation, good yield.
