ISO/TC17/SC17盘条与钢丝产品分技术委员会秘书处组织中国技术顾问委员会于1996年5月22日至6月9日赴美国对线材、金属制品工业及其标准化进行了考察。考察团由ISO/TC17/SC17中国技术顾问委员会主任委员、冶金部质量监督司司长许守泰任团长,冶金部外事司亚大处副处张蕾任副团长,应邀参加考察的国内线材及制品工业的专家有:马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司杨永和副总工程师、上海申佳金属制品股份有限公司孙金茂总工程师、
ISO/TC17/SC17 Wire Rods and Wire Products Sub-Technical Committee Secretariat The China Technical Advisory Committee visited the United States from May 22 to June 9, 1996 to inspect the wire and metal products industry and its standardization. The delegation was headed by Xu Shoutai, Director of the ISO/TC17/SC17 China Technical Advisory Committee and Director of the Quality Supervision Department of the Ministry of Metallurgy, and Zhang Lei, Deputy Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Metallurgy, Deputy Director of the Asia Department, and was invited to participate in the inspection of domestic wire rods. Experts in the product industry include: Yang Yonghe, deputy chief engineer of Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., and Sun Jinmao, chief engineer of Shanghai Shenjia Metal Products Co., Ltd.
