中小学实行教师职务聘任制是教师队伍管理的重要组成部分。本文对今后我国的中小学教师职务评聘工作的改革提出了建设性意见。
Primary and secondary schools to implement teacher appointment system is an important part of the management of teachers. This article puts forward constructive suggestions on the reform of job evaluation and appraisal of primary and secondary school teachers in our country in the future.
