利用粉煤灰制作高强度烧结砖

粉煤灰是煤炭燃烧后产生的固体废物,武汉市武钢青山热电厂每年排放的近10万t粉煤灰,逐年增加堆积如山,既占压农田又污染环境.地处电厂附近的武汉市洪山区和平乡建材厂利用部分粉煤灰生产蒸养砌块,粉煤灰利用量非常有限,为了扩大综合利用量该厂走访了有关大专院校、科研院所,向专家咨询,最后决定因地制宜改造原普通红砖生产线为掺50%(体积比)的粉煤灰高强度烧结砖生产线. Fly ash is the solid waste produced after coal combustion. Nearly 100,000 tons of fly ash are discharged annually from Wuhan Qingshan Thermal Power Plant in Wuhan City. This year, the piles of mountains are piled up like mountains, occupying pressure on farmland and polluting the environment. It is located in the Hongshan District of Wuhan City near the power plant. Hepingxiang Building Materials Factory uses part of fly ash to produce steamed blocks and the utilization of fly ash is very limited. In order to expand the comprehensive utilization of the plant, the plant visited relevant universities, research institutes, and consulted experts, and finally decided to reform the original conditions. Ordinary red brick production line is a high-strength sintered brick production line with 50% (volume ratio) of fly ash.
