激光冲击处理(又称激光喷丸)技术是利用强脉冲激光致的压力冲击波在金属材料表层产生应变硬化的一种新型表面强化技术。本文介绍了激光冲击处理技术的特点,分析了国内外最新发展状况,特别是LLNL、MIC、GE等公司应用激光冲击强化涡轮发动机零件的工艺。
Laser shock treatment (also known as laser shot peening) is the use of intense pulsed laser induced pressure shock wave in the metal surface strain hardening of a new type of surface hardening technology. This paper introduces the characteristics of laser shock processing technology and analyzes the latest development at home and abroad, especially the application of laser shock enhanced turbine engine parts by LLNL, MIC, GE and other companies.
