Hopps等指出,毛发中微量元素的分析能反映若干毒物在生物体中的积累与危害。然而,发砷的测定结果能否作为砷危害的简易评价指标,迄今尚缺乏充分的实验依据。为此,我们通过动物实验,对发砷与血液丙酮酸、血清总巯基、脏器合砷量及其相应的病理改变之间的关系进行了研究。现报告如下:
Hopps et al. Pointed out that the analysis of trace elements in hair can reflect the accumulation and damage of several toxins in the organism. However, whether the results of arsenic determination can be used as a simple evaluation indicator of arsenic hazards, so far there is no sufficient experimental evidence. To this end, we through animal experiments, arsenic and blood pyruvate, serum total sulfhydryl, organ arsenic levels and their relationship between the pathological changes were studied.
