随着高等学校的改革和发展 ,高校办公室的地位和作用越来越重要 ,秘书工作质量越来越受到领导和师生员工的关注。因此 ,必须加强秘书工作的管理 :领导者要高屋建瓴 ,进行宏观管理和协调 ;办公室在目标责任分配、队伍建设和监督机制方面严格把关 ;秘书人员要从思想意识、知识结构、业务能力和身体保证等方面全面提高自身素质 ,保证高校秘书工作的质量。
With the reform and development of colleges and universities, the status and role of university offices are becoming more and more important. The quality of secretary work is getting more and more attention from the leaders and teachers and students.
