“职业阶梯计划”的提出和实施,可以激励辅助人员的发展,促进辅助人员职业道路的规范化、制度化、标准化,加速图书馆的全面进步。它为辅助人员设立了三个考评层次,并明确了每个层次的标准。
The proposal and implementation of the “career ladder plan” can stimulate the development of auxiliary staff and promote the standardization, institutionalization and standardization of auxiliary career paths and accelerate the overall progress of the library. It established three levels of evaluation for support staff and defined the criteria for each level.
