新疆地域辽阔,气候条件差异性大,农业气象灾害频繁,防灾减灾力量比较薄弱,因此加强气象为农服务是关系农村改革发展和农民切身利益的大事。文章通过分析新疆气象为农服务的现状需求,就目前气象为农服务存在的问题,对在“互联网+”发展形势下如何帮助农民防灾减灾、提高气象为农服务水平进行分析阐述。
Because of its vast territory, wide climatic conditions, frequent agricultural meteorological disasters and relatively weak disaster prevention and mitigation capabilities, strengthening the meteorological services for agriculture is a major event that relates to the rural reform and development as well as the immediate interests of peasants. By analyzing the current demand of meteorological service for agriculture in Xinjiang, the article analyzes the existing problems of meteorological service for agriculture and how to help peasants to prevent and reduce disasters and improve the service level of meteorology for agriculture under the condition of “Internet + ” development.
