The patients presented 23 patients with various arrhythmias after treatment with quinine chloride. 15 patients with atrial fibrillation were included in the study. Their atrial fibrillation (9 were obstructive, 6 were chronic), 4 atrial tachycardia, 3 Atrial extrasystoles such as cases, 1 cases of extra ventricular contraction. In 12 cases, the authors used quinine chloride 0.25 once every 2 hours orally, 5 times a day, if not effective on the second day to increase the dose of 0.125 ~
