研究了利用大庙钒钛磁铁矿型尾矿制作玻化砖的可行性。实验结果表明利用大庙铁矿的全尾矿经过3h研磨可制成各项性能指标均符合商品玻化砖要求的实验室制品。经过5h磨细能进一步提高生坯强度和扩大烧成温度范围。添加10%粘土可起到与延长研磨时间相同的作用。尾矿玻化砖的最佳烧成温度为1140~1150℃。
The feasibility of making vitrified tiles by using Dali Molybdenum Titanomagnetite tailing was studied. The experimental results show that the use of the tailings iron ore mine after 3h after grinding can be made of various performance indicators are in line with the requirements of commercial glass products laboratory products. After 5h grinding can further improve the green strength and expand the firing temperature range. Adding 10% clay can play the same role as prolonging the milling time. Tailings vitrified tiles best firing temperature of 1140 ~ 1150 ℃.
