随着我国社会主义市场经济的飞速发展和城市现代化建设脚步的不断加快,我国建筑行业也处在一个蓬勃发展的过程中,越来越多的建筑工程如雨后春笋一般修建起来,而工民建筑在其中占据了非常大的一个比例,因此人们对工民建施工的要求也越来越高。本文主要通过对当前我国工民建施工技术和项目管理的实际状况进行分析,并结合自身经验,提出一些完善工民建施工的策略。
With the rapid development of China’s socialist market economy and the accelerating pace of urban modernization, China’s construction industry is also in a vigorous development process, more and more construction projects have mushroomed generally built, and the construction of workers and civilians in Which occupy a very large proportion, so people’s demands for workers to build civil works are also getting higher and higher. Based on the analysis of the current actual conditions of China’s civil engineering construction and project management, combined with our own experience, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the construction of civil works.
