自组织神经网络在钢板和橡胶粘结缺陷检测中的应用

利用超声波对钢板和橡胶的粘结质量进行检测.通过分析回波信号的谐波振幅、频率等信息,提取出了信号能量、奇异波的峰值和数量,并采用自组织神经网络分类算法对钢板和橡胶的粘结质量进行了定量分析.分析结果表明,自组织神经网络可以有效地对钢板和橡胶的粘结质量进行分类和识别. The bonding quality of steel plate and rubber was detected by using ultrasonic wave.The peaks of signal energy and singular wave were extracted by analyzing the harmonic amplitude and frequency of the echo signal and so on.The steel plate And the rubber bond quality.The quantitative analysis results show that the self-organizing neural network can effectively classify and identify the bonding quality of steel plate and rubber.
