本文介绍了钙硫易切削钢冶炼工艺及钙、硫的加入方法。用金相法和电子探针对夹杂物进行了定性与定量分析,确定夹杂物组成为(Mn、Ca、Fe)s与Al、Ca氧化物,并探讨了其形成机理。通过切削性能试验,证实钙、硫的复合作用使钢的切削性能获得显著改善。采用扫描电镜分析出硬质合金刀具上的粘附薄膜含有Ca、S元素,从而探明了易切削机理。
This article describes the Ca-S free cutting steel smelting process and calcium, sulfur addition method. The inclusions were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by metallographic method and electron probe. The composition of inclusions was determined as (Mn, Ca, Fe) s, Al and Ca oxides. The formation mechanism was also discussed. Through the cutting performance test, it is confirmed that the combined effect of calcium and sulfur can significantly improve the cutting performance of steel. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) was used to analyze the Ca, S elements on the cemented carbide cutting tools, which proved the easy cutting mechanism.
