2009年上海市工作要点中提出,要积极开展创新人才培养的研究与实践,进一步培养学生的创新意识、创新精神及实践能力。从实践中看,培养具有创新精神和创新能力的学生是所有中小学校的共同追求,但是,每所学校培养创新人才的理念、方式、途径、特点则千差万别。本期,我们请几位校长就如何认识和实践创新人才培养进行深入的交流。
In 2009, the key points of Shanghai's work were put forward that we should actively carry out the research and practice of training innovative talents and further develop students' innovative awareness, innovative spirit and practical ability. In practice, it is a common pursuit for all primary and secondary schools to cultivate students with innovative spirit and innovative abilities. However, the concepts, methods, approaches and characteristics of each school in cultivating innovative talents vary widely. In this issue, we invite several principals to conduct in-depth exchanges on how to recognize and practice innovative personnel training.
