本文提出了利用微带圆盘腔作为微波带通滤波器的构想,并给出了这种滤波器的设计方法。确定圆盘腔的谐振频率,计算其主电容和圆盘间的间隙电容是这种滤波器综合的关键。考虑到金属屏蔽盒的影响,对上述问题作了详细的讨论。在此基础上给出了一种典型的滤波器的设计例子。这种滤波器的主要优点是尺寸小、便于平面集成、通带内插损低、性能稳定。因此,它在许多微波电路中是适用的。
In this paper, the idea of using the microstrip disk cavity as a microwave band-pass filter is proposed, and the design method of the filter is given. Determining the resonant frequency of the disk cavity and calculating the capacitance between the main capacitor and the disk gap is the key to this filter synthesis. Taking into account the impact of metal shield box, the above issues were discussed in detail. On this basis, a typical example of filter design is given. The main advantage of this filter is small size, ease of integration of the plane, the passband insertion loss is low, stable performance. Therefore, it is suitable for many microwave circuits.
