学生是教学过程的主体,教师的劳动成果,只有通过学生的内化才能实现,谁也不能代替。目前大部分教师对学生是教学主体的认识和实践还比较肤浅。在观念上,习惯势力、旧的传统仍有很大影响,实践中墨守陈规,求稳怕乱的思想仍影响着教师的教学活动。教学中以教师的教为主,学生“配合”教师“完成”教学任务的格局仍然普遍存在,教师的“主导”作用完全取代了学生的主体地位。发达国家教育先进的重要方面就是重视学生的主体作用和个性发展,这是很值得我们学习借鉴的地方。我国四化建设需要人的主体性,课堂教学中确立学生的主体地位,是教育现代化的要求,是时代的呼唤,是落实素质教育的需要。
Students are the main body of the teaching process. Teachers' labor can only be achieved through the internalization of students, and no one can replace them. At present, most teachers have a superficial understanding and practice of students as teaching subjects. In concept, the habitual forces and the old tradition still have a great influence. In practice, the practice of keeping stereotypes and seeking stability and fear still affects the teaching activities of teachers. Teaching in the main teaching, students “to cooperate” teachers “to complete” the teaching of the pattern is still widespread, the teacher's “leading” role completely replaced the student's dominant position. An important aspect of advanced education in developed countries is to attach importance to the main role of students and personality development. This is a place worth learning from. The construction of the four modernizations in our country requires the subjectivity of human beings and the establishment of the dominant position of students in classroom teaching is the requirement of education modernization and the call of the times and the need of implementing quality education.
