对小学教师教学能力的培养问题加以研究能够对我国小学教育的发展以及小学生的健康成长产生一定的积极影响。因此应该对小学教育阶段影响教师教学能力的学校因素进行分析,并针对不同影响因素提出针对性的优化促进对策,为小学教育新课程改革的贯彻落实提供相应的保障。
Studying the cultivation of primary school teachers’ teaching ability can have a positive impact on the development of primary education and the healthy growth of primary school students in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the school factors that affect the teaching ability of teachers in the primary education stage, and put forward some suggestions on how to optimize the countermeasures according to the different influencing factors so as to provide the corresponding guarantee for the implementation of the new curriculum reform in primary education.
