目的探讨HIF-1α在胃肠道腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法本课题以经病理证实的胃肠道腺癌组织21例为研究组,以其胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织21例和正常胃肠道黏膜组织21例为对照组。采用链霉素-生物素(S-P)免疫组化技术,测定胃肠道腺癌、正常胃肠道黏膜、淋巴结转移的癌组织中HIF-1α的表达。采用Wilcoxon秩和检验进行组间比较。结果胃肠道腺癌、胃肠道腺癌淋巴结转移组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率均明显高于正常胃肠道黏膜组织,差异具有统计学意义;胃肠道腺癌组织淋巴结转移的癌组织中HIF-1α蛋白阳性表达率高于胃肠道腺癌组织,但二者之间差异无统计学意义。结论 HIF-1α在胃肠道腺癌及其淋巴结转移癌的组织中表达水平高于正常胃肠道黏膜,其表达水平与肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润、转移相关,检测上述标志物有一定的临床及病理意义。
Objective To investigate the expression of HIF-1α in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Twenty-one cases of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma confirmed by pathology were studied in this study. Twenty-one cases of lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and 21 cases of normal gastrointestinal mucosa were used as control group. The expression of HIF-1α in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma, normal gastrointestinal mucosa and lymph node metastasis was detected by streptavidin-biotin (S-P) immunohistochemistry. Wilcoxon rank sum test was used to compare groups. Results The positive rates of HIF-1α protein expression in lymph node metastasis of gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal gastrointestinal mucosa, the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of lymph node metastasis in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma The positive expression rate of HIF-1α protein in tissues was higher than that in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma tissues, but there was no significant difference between them. Conclusion The expression level of HIF-1α in gastrointestinal adenocarcinoma and its lymph node metastasis is higher than that in normal gastrointestinal mucosa. The expression level of HIF-1α is correlated with the occurrence, development, infiltration and metastasis of tumor, Clinical and pathological significance.
