荆芥为唇形科荆芥属一年生草本植物,人工栽培主要分布在安徽阜阳、鄂西北、河南等地。鲜嫩的茎叶可生食、凉拌、做馅、配粥及汤羹等,也可作佐料,富含芳香油,有解毒、散风、透疹、止血等功效,并且具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,是一种经济效益高、发展前途广泛的无公害、保健型辛香蔬菜。基于此,本研究阐述荆芥无公害标准化栽培技术,为种植者提供参考。
