众所周知,使用加荷主轴采用弹性支承的显微硬度计测定硬度时,为使试样所承受的负荷与所加砝码的重量相等,必须调准“零负荷”。以往对零负荷的位置(简称“零位”)主要是采用软试样压痕法进行校验。但这种方法操作较为繁琐,而因本文所提出的新方法——观察法,则方便、可靠。现简介如下:观察法就是用眼睛观察金刚石压头顶端的位置。但由于眼睛观察的精度低,所以应借助于30倍显微镜来进行。图1是用观察显微镜来观察“零位”的示意图。其操作过程为:首先将试样(5)对准测量显微镜(7),进行调焦,然后通过位移机构将试样移至加荷主轴(1)
