随着社会的发展,我国越来越重视对人们文化素质的培养,图书馆最为人们求知学习的重要场所,也逐渐得到了更多的重视。而读者的满意度则是评价图书馆建设、服务的重要指标,其客观的对图书馆的各项服务进行评价,对促进图书馆的发展有着至关重要的作用。文章深入分析了图书馆读者满意度指标体系的构建。

The satisfaction of the readers is an important index to evaluate the construction and service of the library.
