教师作为人类文化、知识的传播者,其对社会发展的推动作用是不言而喻的。在当前新形势下,我国绝大部分中小学教师忠于职守,精于教书,勤于育人,职业道德的整体状况是好的。然而,由于受多种复杂因素的影响,教师队伍不同程度地受社会上的一些不良思潮腐蚀着,少数教师在师德方面出现了一些不良倾向。教师职业道德的高低对教育事业的成败有着关键作用,所以师德中的负面问题应该引起高度重视。本文主要就中小学教师职业道德素质出现的问题进行分析,并为进一步加强中学教师职业道德建设提供一些对策。
As a communicator of human culture and knowledge, the teacher’s role in promoting social development is self-evident. In the current new situation, most primary and secondary school teachers in our country are devoted to teaching, being good at teaching and diligent in educating people, and the overall condition of professional ethics is good. However, due to many complicated factors, teachers’ ranks are corroded to some extent by some unhealthy ideological trends in society. A few teachers have some unhealthy tendencies in their morality. The level of professional ethics of teachers plays a key role in the success or failure of educational undertakings. Therefore, the negative problems in ethics should be given high priority. This paper mainly analyzes the problems that appear in the professional morality of primary and secondary school teachers and provides some countermeasures to further strengthen the construction of middle school teachers’ professional ethics.
