为探讨道路交通事故对居民的威胁,对1949~1992年我国机动化程度的长期趋势及车祸死亡情况进行分析。40年中我国机动化程度提高了100倍,但总体水平仍比较低。随着机动化程度提高,人身安全水平逐年下降,交通安全水平则从70年代后期开始好转。全国30个省市自治区中,以北京的机动化程度最高,交通安全水平最好,人身安全水平则以内蒙古最佳。当机动化提高到一定程度而且交通安全水平有明显改善的地区,人身安全水平也开始好转。由此可见,机动化程度和道路系统的安全水平共同影响了道路交通事故对人身安全的威胁程度。
In order to explore the threat to residents caused by road traffic accidents, this paper analyzes the long-term trend of motorization in 1949-1992 and the death of a car accident. In the past 40 years, the degree of motorization in our country has increased by 100 times, but the overall level is still relatively low. With the improvement of motorization, the level of personal safety has been declining year by year, and the level of traffic safety has been improving since the late 1970s. Of the 30 provinces and autonomous regions in China, Beijing has the highest degree of motorization, the highest level of traffic safety and the best level of personal safety in Inner Mongolia. When motorization increased to a certain extent and traffic safety improved significantly, the level of personal safety also started to improve. This shows that the degree of motorization and the safety of the road system jointly affect the degree of threat to road safety caused by road traffic accidents.
