为观察外用β-胡萝卡素(β-Carotene,BC)对紫外线照射皮肤损伤的保护作用,选用BALB/C纯系鼠,进行实验研究.BC浓度为5mg/ml,紫外线波长290~440nm,照射剂量17.2J/cm~2.紫外线照后,皮指数、耳指数明显增加(P<0.05),毛髓细胞计数显著降低(P<0.01);电镜下,毛髓细胞超微结构损伤严重.外涂BC可明显降低皮指数和耳指数,明显抑制毛髓细胞数量减少,且超微结构基本正常.由此可见,BC能够明显保护紫外线照射引起的皮肤损伤.
In order to observe the protective effect of topical β-Carotene (BC) on skin damage induced by ultraviolet radiation, BALB/C pure strain mice were used for experimental studies. The concentration of BC was 5 mg/ml, and the UV wavelength was 290-440 nm. The irradiation dose was 17.2J/cm~2. After UV exposure, the skin index and ear index were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the count of hair cells was significantly decreased (P<0.01). Under electron microscope, the ultrastructure of hair cells was severely damaged. The application of BC can significantly reduce the skin index and ear index, significantly inhibited the decrease in the number of hair cells, and the ultrastructure was almost normal. This shows that BC can significantly protect the skin from UV-induced skin damage.
