本文提出了在对机车车辆轮对车轴进行检查时,临时调整超声波探伤仪灵敏度的功能调定方法,这样就能在检查时,操作人员不必使用标准试样以及振幅-距离-直径图方法,从而可以提高超声波检查的准确度。为了对临时调整超声波探伤仪灵敏度的功能作调定时实现计算自动化,研制出了程序软件“NDTRT-18”。还研究出了临时调整超声波探伤仪灵敏度的功能调定的方法。对直径为235mm的车轴台阶部位进行超声波检查时,本文列出了使用所研制的无试块临时调整YD2-70型超声波探伤仪灵敏度的功能调定的实际结果。所建议的无试块的方法和程序软件已经成功地在卢甘斯克机车股份公司应用于采用超声波回波脉冲方法对干线内燃机车轮对车轴进行检查的工艺过程中。
