党的十六大把“社会更加和谐”作为全面建设小康社会的目标之一,建设和谐社会已经成为整个社会的共识。建设和谐社会是一个系统工程,需要各行各业的不断努力,需要我们不断完善各项制度。本文试从建设社会主义和谐社会的角度探讨如何改革和完善我国的民事司法救助制度。
As one of the goals of building an overall well-to-do society, “Building a Harmonious Society” as one of the goals of the 16th CPC National Congress has become the consensus of the entire society. Building a harmonious society is a systematic project that requires the continuous efforts of all walks of life and requires that we constantly improve the systems. This article tries to discuss how to reform and perfect the system of civil judicial aid in our country from the perspective of building a socialist harmonious society.
