伴随着我国各行业的改革大潮,文化艺术界的体制改革也经历了14个年头。我国经济领域的巨大变革,尤其是在走向市场经济的大背景下,直接导致人们思想观念和文化消费取向发生着急剧的变化。目前,文化工作领导和管理体制,文艺创作、生产、流通和消费机制,都难以适应建立社会主义市场经济体制的变化。许多专家和领导者认为:如何分析早已突破原有格局和内容、并且仍在悄然发展变化的文化市场现实,是深化文化体制改革的重要关键。
With the tide of reform in various industries in our country, the institutional reform in the cultural and art circles has also gone through 14 years. Huge changes in China’s economy, especially in the context of becoming a market economy, have led directly to drastic changes in people’s attitudes toward ideas and cultural consumption. At present, the leadership of the cultural work and the management system, literary and artistic creation, production, distribution and consumption mechanisms are hard to adapt to the changes in the establishment of a socialist market economic system. Many experts and leaders believe that it is an important key to deepen the reform of the cultural system to analyze how to analyze the reality of cultural markets that have already broken through the original pattern and content and are still quietly changing.
