1984年9月3日欧洲共同体委员会通过二项决议,其基本准则和最低要求尚需转成国家法律。第一项决议是将1980年7月15日的决议Nr.80/836/EURATOM(欧洲共同体Nr.L246第1页细则1)修改成1984年9月3日关于“保护公民和工作人员健康防止电离辐射危害的基本准则”的决议Nr.84/467/EURATOM(欧洲共同体Nr.L265第4页细则1)第二个决议是关于“确定临床检查治疗中放射防护的基本措施”即1984年9月3日的决议Nr.84/466/EURATOM(欧洲共同体Nr.L265第1页细则1)。
On 3 September 1984, the Commission of the European Communities adopted two resolutions whose basic norms and minimum requirements still need to be translated into national laws. The first was to amend Nr.80 / 836 / EURATOM (July 1, 1980, p. 1, rule 1) of 15 July 1980 into a resolution on the protection of the health of citizens and staff Nr.L265, p. 4, Rule 1 “The second resolution deals with the” Basic Measures for Determining Radiological Protection in Clinical Examination and Treatment ", 1984, 9 Resolution Nr. 84/466 / EURATOM of 3 January (European Community Rule Nr.
