一、困难与挑战曾几何时,广播电视报业曾是中国最辉煌的产业之一,省级广播电视报期发行量都以百万份计,要求上广告的客户天天挤破门,很多地区的广播电视报所负担的创收任务竟然占到了全省广电行业的80%以上!然而时至今日,整个行业早已不复当年的风貌了。一是上世纪90年代开始、以后每隔几年都要反复一次的纸业危机加大了报纸投入成本,使得各地广播电视报大伤元气;二是21世纪以来,各地新增报纸繁多,而且纷纷刊登节目单,导致广播电视报读者群迅速萎缩;三是网络、手机等新媒体分流了大量忠实的电视观众,而以海量信息为特点的网络也开始登载节目单,且能做到实时更新,更间接影响了广播电视报的发行;四是各种文化娱乐活动层出不穷,分流了大批电视观众和报纸读者;五是各电视台都开始注意自身的宣传与推广,一定程度上抵消了广播电视报对电视节目的预告功能;六是随着我国文化体制改革的深入,各地纷纷成立报业集团,整合优势资源,互补短 I.
