目的 探讨重症肌无力 (MG)患者中枢神经系统 (CNS)受损时白细胞介素 - 6 (IL - 6 )水平的变化及其意义 ,进一步阐明MG之CNS受损的免疫机制。方法 将MG患者血中提取的乙酰胆碱受体抗体 (AChRab)注入大鼠的脑室系统 ,建立CNS损害的MG大鼠模型 ,然后用放免法测定中枢及外周组织IL - 6水平及其动态变化。结果 脑室注入AChRab后 ,大鼠出现明显MG动物模型样表现 ,脑干听觉诱发电位 (BAEP)异常 ,同时测得其脑组织、胸腺、血清IL - 6水平显著升高 ,并随模型动物症状加重及注射时程的延长而逐步增高。结论 MG患者AChRab所致大鼠CNS损害时 ,中枢及外周IL - 6水平显著升高 ,提示IL - 6在MG患者CNS损害过程中起极其重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the significance of interleukin - 6 (IL - 6) level in patients with central nervous system (CNS) impaired myasthenia gravis (MG) and to further elucidate the immune mechanism of CNS impaired in MG. Methods Acetylcholine receptor antibody (AChRab) extracted from the blood of patients with MG was injected into the ventricular system of rats to establish a rat model of CN damage. The level of IL - 6 and its dynamic changes in central and peripheral tissues were determined by radioimmunoassay. Results After acute AChRab injection into the ventricle, the animals showed abnormal expression of MG and BAEP, and the levels of IL - 6 in brain tissue, thymus and serum were significantly increased with the increase of symptoms of model animals And injection duration increased and gradually increased. Conclusion The levels of interleukin - 6 in central and peripheral areas of MG patients with CNH damage induced by AChRab are significantly increased, suggesting that IL - 6 plays an extremely important role in the pathogenesis of CNS damage in MG patients.
