目前桥梁工程中预应力箱梁及空心板正在大量使用永久性泡沫芯模内模板进行施工,泡沫芯模由于重量较轻,可节省大量人工、机械费用,加快施工进度,但泡沫芯模本身热传导性能较低,浇筑后梁体局部水化热温度较高,使得预制梁腹板处产生裂缝,并且由于芯模弹性模量小,容易变形,振捣时亦会造成泡沫芯模上浮,本文结合内蒙古国道307项目泡沫芯模的具体应用情况,分析总结了泡沫芯模在施工过程中的关键技术研究及应用。
Currently, prestressed box girders and hollow slabs in bridge engineering are being heavily used in the construction of permanent foam core formwork panels. Since the foam core forms are light in weight, a great deal of labor and machinery costs are saved and the construction progress is accelerated. Because of the small elastic modulus of the core mold, it is easy to deform, causing the foam core to float up when vibrating.
