1.尽量选用不饱和脂肪酸含量高的食用油。按照食品中饱和脂肪酸的含量和《中国膳食指南》中推荐的膳食模式,从食物中摄入的饱和脂肪酸占总能量的5%以上;根据饱和脂肪酸摄入量不超过总能量10%的膳食标准,来源于食用油中的饱和脂肪酸摄入量应不超过总能量的5%,不饱和脂肪酸应在20%~25%以上。
