近年来,我国城市公共交通有了较快、较大的发展,但随着社会流动性的增强和汽车的迅猛增长,一些城市尤其是大城市、中心城市交通拥堵、群众出行不便等问题日益突出。为此,国务院于2012年部署在城市优先发展公共交通。目前,我国多数城市公共交通出行比例偏低。为从根本上缓解交通拥堵、出行不便、环境污染等矛盾,必须树立公共交通优先发展理念,将公共交通放在城市交通发展的首要位置。
In recent years, the urban public transport in our country has experienced rapid and rapid development.
