研究碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土构件内折角处的锚固构造,以解决现行的内折角处锚固构造做法较少且较为复杂的问题。对两种机械锚固(角钢锚固和钢板锚固)、碳纤维布压条锚固及对比试件进行从开始加载到破坏的试验研究,描述试件的破坏过程,分析了荷载-钢筋、碳纤维布应变关系。通过正截面承载力对锚固效果进行评价。结果表明:机械锚固可满足承载力要求,并以角钢锚固的效果更好,推荐采用角钢锚固构造;而碳纤维压条锚固的承载力偏低,建议将其对构件的加固效果予以折减。
This paper studies the anchoring structure of CFRP at the corner of the reinforced concrete structure to solve the problem of less and more complicated anchoring structure in the current interior corner. The experimental study of two types of mechanical anchoring (anchor anchoring and anchoring of steel plate), anchoring of CFRP laminates and comparison specimens from the initial loading to the destructive test is described. The destructive process of the specimens is described, and the strain relationship between load - reinforcement and CFRP is analyzed. The anchoring effect was evaluated by the normal section bearing capacity. The results show that mechanical anchoring can meet the requirements of bearing capacity and the anchoring effect of angle steel is better. It is recommended to use angle anchoring structure. The bearing capacity of carbon fiber anchoring is low, so it is suggested to reduce the effect of strengthening anchorage.
