研究了新显色剂 1 (8 氨基喹啉 5 偶氮 ) 8 羟基 3 ,6 萘二磺酸 (简称AQAHNA)与铜 (Ⅱ )的显色反应条件。在Tween 80存在下 ,pH5 0的乙酸 乙酸钠缓冲溶液中 ,AQAHNA与铜形成 2∶1的红紫色络合物 ,其最大的吸收峰位于5 90nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数 (ε)为 8 7× 10 4 。铜浓度在 0~ 0 4mg/L范围内遵守比尔定律。该方法用于铝合金中铜的测定 ,结果满意。
The conditions for the color reaction of 8 (hydroxyquinoline 8-hydroxyquinoline 5-azo) 8 hydroxyl 3,6 naphthalene disulfonic acid (AQAHNA) with copper (Ⅱ) were studied. In the presence of Tween 80, AQAHNA forms a 2: 1 magenta complex with copper in pH5 0 buffer solution. The maximum absorption peak is at 590 nm and the apparent molar absorptivity (ε) is 8 7 × 10 4. Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 ~ 0 4 mg / L. The method is applied to the determination of copper in aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
