目的 :CyclinE蛋白在细胞周期的G1晚期起作用 ,加速G1-S期转化 ,与人类肿瘤有关。本研究探讨CyclinE蛋白在胃癌的意义。 方法 :免疫组化S -P法测定胃癌石蜡切片中CyclinE蛋白的异常表达。 结果 :CyclinE在胃癌中表达 6 1.6 7% (37/ 6 0 ) ,与癌旁组织 2 5 .81% (8/ 31)相比有显著差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。CyclinE表达与组织病理分化程度呈负相关 ,分化差的胃癌组织CyclinE蛋白表达强 ;CyclinE与肿瘤侵袭、淋巴结转移、远处转移无明显关系。结论 :CyclinE蛋白与胃癌发生有关 ,与胃癌进展无关。CyclinE蛋白可做为胃癌的一个潜在的诊断指标
Purpose : CyclinE plays a role in the late G1 phase of the cell cycle, accelerating the G1-S phase transition, and is associated with human tumors. This study was to investigate the significance of CyclinE protein in gastric cancer. Methods : Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the abnormal expression of CyclinE protein in paraffin sections of gastric cancer. RESULTS: The expression of CyclinE in gastric cancer was 61.67% (37/60), which was significantly different from that in para-cancer tissues (25.81%) (8/31) (P < 0.05). The expression of CyclinE was negatively correlated with the degree of histopathological differentiation. The poorly differentiated gastric cancer tissue had a strong expression of CyclinE protein. CyclinE had no relationship with tumor invasion, lymph node metastasis and distant metastasis. Conclusion :CyclinE protein is related to gastric carcinogenesis and has nothing to do with the progress of gastric cancer. CyclinE Protein as a Potential Diagnostic Index for Gastric Cancer
