针对目前混凝土表面保温力度不易选择的问题,开展保温效果的研究。利用现有研究成果,对保温力度的选择进行分析与探讨,并采用三维不稳定温度场和应力场有限元仿真计算方法,进行算例分析,此外对比分析了干湿态保温材料的保温效果。结果表明,在保证混凝土表面不开裂的前提下,保温力度越小越好,最好不保温。
In view of the current concrete surface insulation is not easy to choose the issue of insulation to carry out the study. The existing research results are used to analyze and discuss the selection of thermal insulation strength. The three-dimensional unstable temperature field and finite element simulation of stress field are used to carry out an example analysis. In addition, the thermal insulation effect of the wet-dry thermal insulation material is compared and analyzed. The results show that under the premise of ensuring the concrete surface is not cracked, the thermal insulation strength is as small as possible, and it is better not to keep the temperature.
